A Simple Solution

The Smart Plunger™ junior simply attaches to the side of your existing fermentation tank. The unit affixes to both square and round tanks. It is lightweight and easily transportable by one person from tank to tank.

To accommodate different sized tanks, and to reach the rear of the tank, the plunger's range can be set by loosening the depth adjusting control knob and sliding the cylinder through the mounting sleeve using the depth adjusting handle.

Economy of scale

The Smart Plunger™ junior is ideal for any boutique or smaller sized winery that requires a unit suitable for processing smaller quantities of ferments.
