The herb dispensing machine was developed for a specialty herb blend distributor.

The customer required a method of packing bulk herb preparations into specially labelled packs for distribution to restaurants.

The principal challenge of the development was to devise a system that could dispense herbs in the correct amounts despite varying weights, consistencies and textures. The system had to be accurate whether working with hard peppercorns or feathery basil leaves, as well as different sized containers.
